Our training will help you gain the necessary skills and experience to improve your employment prospects or develop your career.
The People Business-Wales Ltd has two ICT suites for learners to gain a range of skills and, if they want them, qualifications.
If you are an absolute beginner with ICT or proficient but wanting to increase your skills, we will have a training package to suit your needs.
Qualifications on offer include:
- Information and Communications Technology - E3
- Computer, Literacy, and Information Technology (CLAIT) level 2 and 3
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) parts 1 and 2
- Single skill area certificates – e.g. word processing
All our training is developed by professional staff in a relaxed and comfortable learning environment.

We are able to work with learners to help them establish occupational focus and develop those valuable employability skills.
The People Business-Wales has an extensive database of supportive employers that are willing to offer both young people and adults work experience.
From motor vehicle to administration, whatever the choice (within reason ), we can give learners the chance to sample various jobs to establish the career for them.

We can help learners achieve these, and other skills along with work experience.
At the People Business- Wales we understand that confidence and motivation can sometimes be in short supply and that everyone needs a little help and support from time to time.
We have been helping people, for many years to regain their confidence and motivation. We offer short courses in a friendly and supportive environment.
We can also look at some of the reasons that underpin lack of confidence if learners need us to. It may be that a learner has been out of the workplace for a long while,
or has little understanding of Information Technology. It could be that they need a little help with their literacy or numeracy.
